Art Breeze is committed to ensuring the authenticity and integrity of every artwork displayed and sold through our platform.

  • Original Works: Except for limited-edition prints (clearly stated as such), all artworks exhibited are original creations of the respective artists. We provide this assurance on behalf of the exhibiting artists and galleries.
  • Certificate of Authenticity: Each artwork purchased through Art Breeze will be accompanied by a duly signed Certificate of Authenticity issued by the artist or the representing gallery or Art Breeze, along with a valid tax-paid invoice.
  • Authenticity Guarantee: In the unlikely event that a buyer establishes, to the satisfaction of Art Breeze, and their panel of experts that a purchased artwork is not authentic, the following process will apply:
    1. The buyer must return the artwork in its original condition.
    2. Upon verification, the sale will be annulled and a full refund will be arranged. The refund will be made by the exhibiting gallery or artist through Art Breeze.
    3. The returned artwork will then be handed back to the concerned gallery or artist.
  • Claim Procedure:
    • Any authenticity-related claim must be submitted within Six months from the date of purchase, and only by the original registered buyer (not a subsequent owner).
    • Claims will be reviewed by independent art experts, based on documentation and evidence provided by the buyer.
    • Expert evaluation charges, if applicable, will be borne by the buyer.
    • The decision of Art Breeze, after due consideration of expert opinions, will be final and binding.
